For much of my life, I lived in quiet fear, the fear of not being enough. It showed up as over giving, people-pleasing, resentful and angry, staying small to be accepted. I stayed in jobs that didn’t light me up, entered draining conversations just to be understood, and carried the weight of proving my worth.

Through Emotional Integration, everything began to change.
Instead of trying to be heard by others, I learned to listen to myself. Instead of seeking validation, I discovered inner peace. I began honoring my feelings as sacred messengers, guiding me toward authenticity and self-trust.
